He brings over a decade of experience across construction, real estate development, and operations, with a track record of building vertically integrated platforms and executing complex projects. As Managing Partner, Victor oversees investment strategy, acquisitions, and long-term portfolio growth.

Alan Proano

Alan supports investment sourcing, diligence, and operational strategy across the firm’s portfolio. With experience in operations, financial underwriting, and construction management.
