Victor Lopez

Victor founded Central Bridge Equity Partners with a focus on acquiring and growing established home services businesses. He brings over a decade of experience across construction, real estate development, and operations, with a track record of building vertically integrated platforms and executing complex projects. As Managing Partner, Victor oversees investment strategy, acquisitions, and long-term portfolio growth.

Alan Proano

Alan supports investment sourcing, diligence, and operational strategy across the firm’s portfolio. With experience in operations, financial underwriting, and construction management. Alan works closely with management teams to strengthen systems, improve performance, and support scalable growth initiatives.
